Abstract: In order to solve the problem of coal processes of mining and tunneling particularly become unsmooth, to solve the disasters of the serious deformation of the surrounding rocks, the rock burst, the rock and coal burst, the coal and gas outburst by the stress concentration of the coal block coal pillar in the present stage coal mining system, we proposed the method of no-pillar and no tunneling mining with gob-side retaining and Shearer cutting Tunnel mining System. This essay introduced the principle and theoretical analysis of this new technique, and the shearer cutting Tunnel technique, the roof cutting and pressure relief technique, the overlying strata structure of roof cutting and anchor rope beam Supporting theory, and the workface special equipment are given. According to the geological condition of Nanliang coal mine, the product system of the new technique was given including tunnel arrangement system, subsidiary production system such as power supply system, transportation system, ventilation system, we were get the cutting heights and cutting angels of the roof by using FLAC3D numerical simulation software, according to the theoretical analysis and the field tests, get the key parameters of blasting hole intervals and gob-side entry retaining supporting. Through field industrial experiments the Technique of gob-side retaining and shearer cutting Tunnel mining system was succeed, the tunnel which shearer cut was effective, the gob-side retaining by roof cutting was stable. Through the economic analysis of this two mining methods, the new technique is concluded that the cost reduction and efficiency increase obviously, which provides a new economic and effective theory and technique for no-pillar and no tunneling mining in long wall face.
